Some info about Codex Alimentarius and the implementations of its directives. Codex Alimentarius was supposed into global implementation by December 31, 2009 but since the 31st Dec 2009 it has not.. BUT an EU directive directly associated with Codex has been implemented on the 31st – 2002/46/EC The EU FSD (Food Supplements Directive) did come into full force on 31st Dec 2009.
