MUST READ, because your life depends on this!

Senate bills:  S.510 and S.3767

We must defeat these 2 fascist food safety bills– It’s not about food safety at all.  These bills are all about handing control of America’s food supply and our farms to corporate interests and it must be stopped!  A petition is below but first read about the implications if these bills pass the Senate and become law!

First, originating from the UN’s own directives that is driven by Codex Alimentarius and the CAFTA guidelines (Central America Free Trade Agreement) of which President Bush signed into law . . .  under the Codex Alimentarius food code, over-the-counter vitamin supplements at the current strength will eventually be outlawed and in the near future it will become illegal to possess them without a prescription.

Related to the Codex are other bills such as S.510 of which authorize the United Nations or its subsidiaries, including our own government, to outlaw food sales if the need arises.  Most likely it is an attack on farmers selling vegetables at Farmers Markets and the like.

This is also tied to the UN’s Agenda 21 which industrializes America’s food supply and only permits American farmers to export while America must import irradiated food from foreign countries.  Irradiating the meat in particular may kills germs but it also reduces the potency of the natural vitamins.

If over the counter vitamins become illegal, and we’re eating food with no nutritional value, can we survive?

To stop people from discriminating against buying and eating imported irradiated food all “nutritional labeling” including additives or whether the food is GMO or labeling that indicates the place origin such as a “Product of Mexico” will not be permitted in accordance to the World Trade Organization, NAFTA, CAFTA and the SPP (Security, Prosperity and Partnership agreement).  That’s what they call free trade.

Petitions to stop S.510 are available on-line. (link below) New revisions were recently added to the S.510 bill such as S.3767 which is a criminal penalty bill . . . the same provision was recently removed from the HR1279 and then attached to S.510.

The fake food safety bill “S.510″ is on the internet news yet we still aren’t hearing anything about it from the TV media.  At the moment the Senate is in recess, but this bill is expected to PASS without opposition when they return to session in September.  As it stands now it has full support of the Senate! It already passed the house last year (HR1279) and thanks to Congressman Ron Paul it has been sitting dormant for months so opposition has a chance to rise up and defeat it.  But he could only hold it off for a while and it’s back with vengeance under a new Senate version.

This is not a food safety bill like you would expect to see coming from Washington, that’s because it is a United Nations directive (an order) tied directly to the Codex Alimentarus.

This bill is the United Nations, IMF and the Multi-National Corporate takeover of America’s food supply as authorized by the World Trade Organization.

This bill contains provisions that will restrict American farming at all levels while increasing our dependence on foreign imports and cause American farmers to lose their farms.  It restricts organic farming and even restricts planting your own private garden.

Roadside vegetable stands and farmers markets will also be attacked under this legislation.

Under this bill it will be illegal to save seed amongst other things.

Not mentioned here but mentioned in other related articles about pools is that;  Google Earth may have a stake in this operation using spy satellites to “monitor illegal activity” such as gardening on your private property without a permit and then reporting you to the local authorities for profit (from collected fines).

Monsanto is another multi-national corporation which will benefit greatly and will become one of the worlds only supplier of “Genetically Modified Seed” that produces offspring that is sterile . . . thus forcing farmers to keep re-buying seed year after year.  This Monsanto seed also allows vegetation to create its own natural insecticides which has already been documented by the government to have adverse effects on America’s bee population.  Again, it’s not about food safety, it is all about profit and allowing multi-national corporations to monopolize the agricultural business.

This bill is connected to the directives coming down from the United Nations, the World Health Organization and the World Trade Organization.  They are tied directly to the Codex Alimentarius, Agenda 21 Bio-Diversity Lands and Wildlife Project, Security and Prosperity Partnership Agreement, NAFTA and CAFTA.  Oh yes, it’s also connected to ObamaCare!

Dear Patriot,

They say “no person’s life, property or liberty are safe when Congress is in session…” and to that we must add, nor is our right to grow and use our own food, as families and communities. We are happy to report that some of our friends in the Freedom Movement, including Citizens for Health and Downsize DC have joined in S.510 Push Back, also setting-up S.510 Action Items urging their supporters to message the US Senate. We applaude their efforts and remind everyone that we need hundreds of thousands of emails flooding the Senate if we are to keep our Food Freedom! For more than a year, the plan to capture – and kill – clean, local, organic, independent and safe farming has been wending its way through Congress, supported by the party in control of the White House and Congress, as well as the too-big-to-fail AgraBiz industry.

Last year, the devastating HR 1279 passed the House, although working with patriots like Ron Paul, We the People put up a good battle, delaying it for quite a while. However, at the end of the day, a good battle followed by a loss is still a loss.

Then the battle shifted to the US Senate’s version, S.510, where we’ve held the forces of Big Agra and Big Govt at bay for nearly a year…

During one memorable weekend in November 2009 over 150,000 emails to Senators tied the bill up in the HELP committee with its chairman, Senator Tom Harkin remarking about the “thousands” of emails. He promised that the (sic) food safety bill would not impose Codex Alimentarius restrictions in the USA.

We didn’t believe him and then in February, Senator McCain introduced the “companion” so-called “dietary supplement safety” bill, S.3002.  We mobilized the Health Freedom “Mouse Warriors” and in one month and one day, and several hundred thousand emails later, the Senator was forced to withdraw support for his own bill, with strong opinions (and whining) that its major points could still be covered by S.510!

Then in mid-July, the congressional majority leadership issued its “short list” of bills it wanted to push to passage before the August recess. The good news was: S.510 was not on the list!  The bad news is that the bill’s handlers could “sneak it through” the Senate as a “unanimous consent” non-controversial matter when the Senate returns in September!

That is, unless opposing Senators put a “hold” on the bill, which means it cannot be treated as non-controversial. On the way to recess, the Senate HELP committee reported the bill out, without the amendment from Senator Tester that would have offered a bit of protection to family farms and ranches, home and community gardens, farmers markets…

Please send the Action Item to your Senators, demanding that the “hold” the bill! How does a Senator do that? The Senator has one of his or her staff members call the staff of the Senate Cloak Room  . . . yes, there still is a Senate Cloak Room, but now it has a staff! Ah, bureaucracy!

The staff is responsible for non-controversial, unanimous consent bills. That’s where this bad bill stops!
